Join Tess & Bob on an Incredible Adventure to Venice and the Adriatic Sea
Azamara Quest June 10th - 17th, 2012

Tess & I sailed out of Venice last year for our 25th wedding Anniversary and we just loved it! In fact, we loved it so much, we teamed up with our friends from Luxury Lifestyle Vacations and booked a group of great cabins so we (and a few lucky friends and customers) could go this June 10th-17th. Check out some of the pictures we took from our stay in Venice and the beautiful Adriatic coast.

We will start out in the wonderful city of Venice, Italy. You can walk through St. Mark's Plaza, head over to the Isle of Murano to see the famous glass artisans, eat some great Italian food outside while watching everyone stroll by, and shop till you drop! Sailing out of Venice is the most beautiful port to leave from and a great start for our journey.

Hvar, Croatia
Our 1st port is Hvar, called the Queen of the Croatian Islands, is famous because of its mediterranean nature, rich tradition and arhitecture, and nightlife. Unlike most cruises, we will overnight in Hvar so we can all go out and check out this local nightlife and dance and party the night away with locals and our fellow cruisers.

Kotor, Montenegro
After Hvar, we will be heading to Kotor, Montenegro, unique for several reasons, it is located on the only natural fjord of its kind in the world and in a bay that has made the list of Most Beautiful Bays in the World. But visiting Kotor is about more than beautiful views—it’s also about experiencing the cultural heritage of Boka Kotorska Bay.

Kotor is the city with most versatile night life in Montenegro, especially among the costal cities, which is why we will spend another night during our cruise. As in every coastal city, during the summer season night life is very rich, this is the case with Kotor to. In deference to the other coastal cities, where out of summer season, night life is not so known with many clubs, bars and discos open, Kotor is definitely the city with the best night life in Montenegro.

Dubrovnik, Croatia
Dubrovnik is an old city on the Adriatic Sea coast in the extreme south of Croatia. It is one of the most prominent tourist resorts of the Mediterranean. Tess & I absolutely LOVED Dubrovnik and we can't wait to go back. Last year, we hicked the old city's walls and took a tour to the top of the mountains overlooking the old city. This year we will have more time, so we hope to do much more.

Trieste, Italy
Trieste is a vibrant city with a lively cultural scene. Roman ruins, castles, a handful of churches and some worthwhile museums are great for exploring. We are probably going to head over to Lake Bled and check out the Slovanian countryside. A relaxing day for our final day on board the Azamara Quest.

Here is the full itinerary times and a map to show you where we are going. This is a regian that most American's never go, but a real hidden gem of a coastline that you will never forget. Join us on this amazing voyage by clicking here to sign up for one of our remaining cabins while they last...
