Mexican Riviera Cruise Nov 16th-23rd, 2008
This ship has sailed! Watch the forum for updates and photos
- 1. Check-In Online - Speed up the boarding process by completing
the Online Check-In process online. We will send you all the info
on how to do this after you book, it saves time to check in online
instead of at the port prior to departure.
- 2. Book your shore excursions in advance. They fill up fast and
many times, some are sold out before the ship even sales. We will
have a complete guide to shore excursions coming soon.
- 3. For the first day of your cruise, pack a small carry-on bag
with your travel documents, a change of clothes, bathing suit, maybe
workout clothes, and any medications you may need. This will allow
you to begin enjoying your vacation immediately, because you won't
have to wait for your bags to arrive at your stateroom.
- 4. If the spa is your thing, try to make your appointments on the
first day, as the most popular treatments and times fill up fast.
- 5. If you want to grab a bite to eat when you first get onboard,
head up to the Café; they'll be serving when you board.
- 6. Every ship has two seatings for dinner in the main dining room
- 6:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Our main seating will be the 8:30 p.m.
seating. If you want the early seating, let us know after you book.
- 7. Get a soda & Juice card. For one low price, you will get
unlimited sodas and juice. If you drink these, it is almost always
cheaper to buy the card.
- 8. Stop into our Hospitality Suite. It is the largest (and nicest)
cabin on the ship. There is a grand piano, a huge balcony and it
is a great place to meet your friends and to make new ones. Bonus
tip: Cocktails, beer & wine are free in the Hospitality Suite!
- 9. Bring plenty of sunscreen! Even though the cruise will be in
November, it will be suntan weather south of the border. We don't
want to see anyone peeling on the topless deck!
- 10. Always cruise with French Connection Events! There are so many
other advertised cruises that don't turn out to be as advertised
or worse yet, get canceled at the last minute. Cruise with Bob &
Tess and you'll know this will be the right cruise, with the right
people at the right price.
